itsGMB Terms & Conditions

1. Deliverables & Usage
All photos, videos, and other media (“Images”) provided by itsGMB remain the property of itsGMB until full payment is received. Clients are licensed to use the Images for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution requires prior approval and may incur additional fees. itsGMB is not responsible for issues caused by client reproduction or editing of delivered media.

2. Copyright & Ownership
itsGMB retains full copyright and ownership of all Images. Unauthorized use or publication of Images will result in a fee of up to three times the standard licensing rate. Clients agree to provide credit to itsGMB when Images are published, if requested.

3. Return & Responsibility
Clients are responsible for the safe handling and return of any physical media provided. Digital files must not be shared or distributed outside the terms of this agreement. Failure to comply may result in a holding fee.

4. Loss or Damage
Clients assume responsibility for any loss, theft, or damage to originals or digital files while in their possession. Liability for any lost or damaged items is limited to the stated value at the time of booking.

5. Alterations & Editing
Clients may not alter Images beyond basic cropping, brightness, or contrast adjustments unless specifically approved by itsGMB. Unauthorized alterations may violate copyright and licensing terms.

6. Indemnification & Permissions
Clients agree to indemnify itsGMB against claims arising from the use of client-provided materials, or the use of Images in violation of permissions. It is the client’s responsibility to secure model, property, or location releases if required.

7. Scheduling, Overtime & Reshoots
Standard coverage is based on the agreed schedule. Overtime beyond agreed hours may incur additional charges. Reshoots requested by the client will be charged 100% of applicable fees and expenses.

8. Cancellations & Postponements
Cancellations more than 2 business days before the event: 50% of fees plus incurred expenses. Less than 2 business days: 100% of fees plus incurred expenses. Postponements may be subject to partial or full fees depending on timing and staffing.

9. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
Any disputes will be resolved under the laws of Mississippi, in the courts of Long Beach, MS, or via arbitration at itsGMB’s discretion. Clients agree to cover reasonable legal costs incurred by itsGMB in enforcing this agreement.

10. Agreement Scope
This agreement covers all services and media provided by itsGMB, including photography, videography, DJ services, and event production. It supersedes all prior agreements unless amended in writing.
